Software - very good
The software is available as both Java applet and as standard Windows download. The lite version allows people with slower connections to also play online. There is also a download version as well, which has very nice graphics and some really good features. Recent upgrades have greatly improved performance which means you will suffer very few disconnection or slow down problems. Avatars can be turned on or off and tables resized to full screen when necessary.
Playability - good
Takes a little while to adjust when using for the first time but generally intuitive and easy to use. The lobby can feel a bit tricky for first timers but repeated use will soon alleviate any confusion. I would suggest playing without the avatars on, as Betsson have one of the classiest looking table designs on the Ongame Network. Clearly visible buttons and options are intuitive and easy to use.
Traffic - good
Usually plenty of traffic at all limits from tournaments to cash games. Even the lesser known formats such as Omaha and Stud fair well, especially at peak hours. Currently the Ongame Network ranks consistantly in the top 5 for traffic at their poker rooms.
Support - very good
There are both live chat and telephone support 24/7 plus email support, which is reasonably quick and of good quality. Cash outs and withdrawals are efficient and fast.
